Building Blocks of PAREF Culture
Two of the building blocks of PAREF culture are (1) family spirit, and (2) collegiality.
Family Spirit. I know and accept the fact that I am part of PAREF Southridge. I am grateful for that matter. Therefore, as part of this family, I will do my best not just in teaching, but also in other undertakings regarding the betterment of the School. I will present my suggestions, and creative ideas. I will also offer my talents. I will volunteer. I will help this School to unite starting from teachers, administrators, parents, students, and others who interests the School.
Collegiality. Collegiality
is evident in Southridge. Responsibility and authority are shared equally among
the people. No one is bossy, and is called inferior. I can say that
collegiality plays a pivotal role in the School. Generally, the work
relationship in Southridge is harmonious, and the environment is undisturbed. I
can contribute in building the culture in this area by respecting people, no
matter whatever their positions are. I will also be collegial to them. I will
be responsible, and be proactive. I will do my duties effectively and with a
heart.
